Si tienes los derechos de una obra publicada aquí y quieres que la retiremos, así es como se pide.

MandaloAsiNoma cumple la ley de derechos de autor aplicable. Con tantas obras y artistas no podemos verificar los derechos de cada proyecto, ni estamos legalmente obligados a hacerlo. Si alguna obra infringe tus derechos, avísanos con la información de abajo o envíanos los enlaces de las obras afectadas.

Qué debe incluir el aviso

Firma. La firma física o electrónica (nombre legal completo) de una persona autorizada para actuar en nombre del titular del derecho presuntamente infringido.
Obra protegida. La identificación de la obra protegida que se considera infringida o, si son varias en este sitio, una lista representativa de ellas.
Material a retirar. La identificación del material que se considera infractor y que debe retirarse, con información suficiente para localizarlo (por ejemplo, los enlaces).
Contacto. Datos suficientes para contactar contigo: dirección, teléfono y, si lo tienes, correo electrónico.
Buena fe. Una declaración de que crees de buena fe que el uso del material no está autorizado por el titular de los derechos, su agente o la ley.
Exactitud. Una declaración de que la información es exacta y, bajo pena de perjurio, de que estás autorizado a actuar en nombre del titular del derecho.

Si falta algún dato o no es válido, legalmente no podemos considerar que tengamos conocimiento real de la infracción.

MandaloAsiNoma complies with applicable copyright law. With so many works and artists we cannot verify the copyright status of every project, nor are we legally required to. If a work infringes your copyright, report it with the information below or send us links to the works in question.

What the notice must include

Signature. A physical or electronic signature (full legal name) of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the right allegedly infringed.
Copyrighted work. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed or, if several works on this site are covered, a representative list of them.
Material to remove. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing that should be removed, with information sufficient to locate it (for example, the links).
Contact details. Information sufficient to contact you: address, telephone number and, if available, an email address.
Good faith. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the right's owner.

If any information is missing or invalid, we cannot legally be considered to have actual knowledge of the infringement.
